Privacy Policy.
This is what Holler Kit collects from visitors to hollerkit.com and what we do with it. Written in plain English. The site is currently in waitlist mode. No products are sold here yet. This policy will be updated when we begin taking pre-orders.
What we collect.
Your email address. That's it.
When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide. We don't collect names, mailing addresses, payment information, or any other personal data on this site.
We don't use third-party analytics tools. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No tracking pixels. The only cookies set on hollerkit.com are basic security cookies set by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, to protect against malicious traffic.
How we collect it.
The waitlist signup form is provided by ConvertKit (also known as Kit), an email marketing service. When you submit the form, your email is transmitted directly to ConvertKit and stored in their secure systems.

Why we collect it.
We use your email to send updates about the Holler Kit launch. Sample photos. Supplier news. Launch announcements. The chance to claim a Founders' List spot when those open. We do not send marketing fluff or daily newsletters.
Who we share it with.
We share your email with ConvertKit (our email service provider) so they can deliver the emails on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your email with third parties for any other purpose.
How long we keep it.
Until you unsubscribe, or until your account is inactive for 2 years (no opens or clicks), whichever comes first. After that, we delete your record from our ConvertKit list.
Your rights.
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email we send.
- Request access to the data we have about you by emailing hello@hollerkit.com.
- Request deletion of your data by emailing hello@hollerkit.com.
- Port your data (request an export of your subscription record) by emailing hello@hollerkit.com.
- Correct any inaccurate information by emailing hello@hollerkit.com.
California residents (CCPA & CPRA).
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights regarding your personal information. In addition to the rights above, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you (see "What we collect" above).
- Delete your personal information, subject to limited exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Period.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide different quality based on your privacy choices.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hollerkit.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Other US state residents.
If you reside in Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another US state with comprehensive privacy laws, you have rights similar to those described for California residents (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale or targeted advertising). To restate plainly: we do not sell your personal information, do not engage in targeted advertising, and do not process sensitive data.
To exercise any rights under your state's privacy law, email hello@hollerkit.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (typically 45 days).
EU and UK residents (GDPR).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR give you additional rights:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format).
- Objection to processing on grounds related to your situation.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Lawful basis for processing: We process your email address based on your consent, which you provide when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
Right to complain: If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. UK residents: contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. EU residents: contact your national supervisory authority.

International data transfers.
Holler Kit operates from the United States. Our email service provider, ConvertKit (also known as Kit), stores subscriber data on servers located in the United States. If you submit the waitlist form from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
ConvertKit is GDPR-compliant and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal basis for international data transfers from the EU to the U.S. Their full data processing terms are available at convertkit.com/privacy.
By submitting the waitlist form, you acknowledge this international transfer.
Cookies.
This site uses minimal cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set basic security cookies (for example, to identify and block malicious traffic). We do not set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Children.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information, email us at hello@hollerkit.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy.
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes (for example, starting to sell products, adding analytics) will be announced by email to waitlist members at least 7 days before they take effect.
