These terms govern your use of hollerkit.com. The site is currently in waitlist mode. No products are sold here yet. These terms will be expanded when we begin taking pre-orders. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What this site is.
Hollerkit.com is the launch waitlist for Holler Kit. A brand of emergency-kit backpacks designed for tornado country. The site offers an email signup form so you can be notified when products are ready to order. No products are sold here at this time.
What you can do here.
- View information about the brand and the planned product line.
- Join the waitlist to receive launch updates.
- Contact us via email at hello@hollerkit.com.
What you agree to.
When you submit the waitlist form, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- The email address you provide is your own, or one you are authorized to use.
- You consent to receive emails about Holler Kit at that address.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
What we promise.
- We will only email you about Holler Kit. Launch updates, sample photos, Founders' List access, supplier news.
- We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties beyond our email service provider (ConvertKit).
- We will respect your unsubscribe requests within 24 hours.
- We will be honest about product timelines and any material changes.
What we don't promise.
- No specific launch date is guaranteed. Q4 2026 is our current target, but timelines may shift.
- No specific pricing is guaranteed. We list $349 as the planned launch price, but final pricing depends on supplier costs and may change.
- No specific spec is guaranteed. The kit contents listed on this site reflect our current ideal spec. Individual brands or items may shift as we finalize manufacturer relationships.
When the site begins taking pre-orders, those transactions will be governed by separate Pre-Order Terms (not yet in effect on this site).
Information accuracy.
We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate. Some content (statistics, claims about competitor products, pricing comparisons) is researched in good faith but may become outdated. Treat the site as marketing information about a forthcoming product, not as a definitive specification or guarantee.
Intellectual property.
The "Holler.", "Holler Kit", and the H. monogram, along with the brand color palette, copy, and design, are the property of Holler Kit. The brand names of products mentioned on this site (Sawyer, Midland, Petzl, Adventure Medical Kits, Composite Resources, SOL, Datrex, Fox 40, Bic, UST, Gorilla, Frogg Toggs, Cyalume, Platypus, Aquatabs, HotHands, 3M) are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer.
This site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the extent permitted by Texas law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by Texas law, Holler Kit and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of data, lost profits, or any other intangible loss.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email to waitlist members at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
